Good job on their neighbors for taking better care of their land than these chucklefucks. I like that the Tranchers are always taking photos of their neighbors' property, like they're trying to take credit for the flush of greenery and wide blue sky. I'd be real interested in a mirror image of that picture, standing just outside the fence and looking in. It's a brown, shit-encrusted moonscape.

All this aggressive shit behavior from Penny et. al. is the kind of thing that makes normal people hate trans people. Their neighbors, who probably didn't really know much about the whole trans thing, now have lazy grown ass men cosplaying as alphabet people living next to them on the ruins of what was once a nice property, insulting them in them online and to the newspapers, playing dangerous games with real firearms, hoarding animals in poor conditions, and generally being ill-mannered nuisances. These circumstances don't engender feelings of warmth and kindness.

It's down the road from them a mile or two. The earthship's address is 4660 Gibbs Drive. Zillow just lists it as off market with the 2020 assessment value. Things like zillow listings and google maps addresses get spottier and spottier the farther you get out into the country. They're getting better at, but I find plenty of properties that aren't accurate when I'm looking to buy. It's something I actively look for. They're starting to integrate ArcGIS parcel data many assessors use into Google Earth, but thankfully it's starting in the cities. Small town and county assessor offices sometimes update their info at set intervals like quarterly. You have to call or go look at the books physical to get the most up to date info.

They also might have not bought it at all and want to use photos from a walkthrough for grifting.

This really means nothing. Websites like these will look at average business income for that size, sector, and location and then give you an estimate like that. It's not based on any actual data from the tranch.
