I mean, I doubt that Kiwi Farms is opposed to discussing the Kulturkampf but it's a relatively obscure historical topic and probably won't get much attention.

Or, more seriously, it's broadly a ridiculous concept and tends to be used to justify being a cringy faggot by retards on the internet.
