Someone FINALLY asked me if I had been vaccinated!
It was when I was setting up an appointment for a medical test. BUT! Even though I had heard that after 2 weeks the vaccine is doing it's thing, they told me they have to schedule at least 6-8 weeks from vaccination.
Is this new or is it a thing I was told about but forgot? Doesn't matter that much it just seemed weird.

The amount of masks laying around is gross. As i have said before; i live in a very unaffected area and at the same time masking has not been a thing, amongst the majority, BUT the minority have managed to litter all over the place with them. Even out in the middle of bloody nowhere, on some byways, you will find them.
I put money on it that the same type who hang dog shit bags on trees and gates, are the same cunts who will parade around in a mask, and tweet that fact, but then just drop them. They are diiiiiirty, like the dog shit bag.....eeeugh.....that is someone elses problem.
It is really bad in more densely populated areas. Isn't anybody going to think of the children?

When I had to wear masks, I always had a sandwich bag or two on hand for the mask. This solves two problems. Storage is much cleaner and you aren't waving nasty masks around in the air. I would not trust my pocket or laptop bag to be cleaner than a fresh sandwich bag.

Probably not great for the environment. Neither is littering. Stop making the Italian in the head dress cry.

Let's see if there will be a next round featuring a lawsuit because they finally decided to take the vaccine but there's some cases of heart inflammation and they sue West Point Academy because the academy forced them to take the vaccine. :story:

I'm neverserved, but I'm pretty sure the military makes you sign some hold harmless agreements when you join up. And then there's that whole "swearing an oath to follow orders" thing.

On this grand re-re-re-reopening of California, I'd say masking was about 50/50 in my store. We still have to wear them, which honestly is fine with me right now. It hides my visible disgust towards all of our new asshole customers.

I noticed that middle aged white women were the least masked out of everyone.

Hey, that's probably why we haven't seen any open resistance or mutiny to the administrative shit the Biden Administration has done, nor have we seen any military folks lend their support to the right wing groups taking on the likes of Antifa and rioters.

Not sure to to make it sound like I'm not glowing if it comes off that way, but if you think of the way things work, some things just make a decent amount of sense.

Wearing a PAPR system? He told u he was hardcore. I wanted to do this as a joke last summer. Industrial PAPR filters are often just really big P95 organic vapor cartridges, which would be relatively effective. They make P100 carts, which should be very effective for filtering, but the system itself is not sealed - it just uses positive pressure in the helmet to keep most things out. There are gaps in the liner and helmet that sometimes bleed when you move (catch a whiff of volatiles once in a while). Wearing a PAPR system is a weird decision for viruses as it doesn't quite make it to the lab-grade (sealed fresh air line system) and has weaknesses that a full-face P100 respirator does not. I dunno, sounds overly aggressive to me, but I had a funny one this past winter when I went hiking wayyy up in the mountains (in a foot of snow) with a friend. We were going up the single track when a couple came down, and as they were passing us they pulled their gay masks up. We both started laughing and I was like "Shit, I guess we must have a disease or something".

Haha no. Maybe a few hundred thousand will eventually move out of this 20 million person metro, but others will move in and you bet your ass that smelly foreigners won't stop moving there. NYC is a tower of babel and there are so many mystery ethnics there that unless the government stops immigration completely, they'll continue building out their third-world enclaves. Globbalism!

I was always skeptical of long covid, but the whole spike protein causing havoc on different parts of your body, is starting to explain why it's fucking up people (especially fatties) for long periods afterwards. This includes some of the vaccines

The recent Darkhorse/Bret Weinstein discussions recently indicated that Ivermectin had successfully treated some people with long covid.

Tried out a new taco joint after work, walked in masked because even though the mandate has been lifted, businesses can still require them and I've gotten so used to it. After placing my order, saw everyone around me maskless and was like, fuck yeah and took mine off. Later, walked to a couple local bars to get my exercise in and hopefully see some friends, and it was like nothing ever happened. No one, not one person either on the streets or in businesses, was masked. It was a really enjoyable evening and I am glad I trekked around. Nice to see everyone's faces again.

When I was a kid there was a huge push for America's youth to stay active and get fit.
We lost the war on obesity so hard that the things you mentioned unironically would be considered hate speech today.

Sad but true. Hell, I even remember not too long ago in the 2000s when there was an obesity panic after the fallout of Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me, whereupon McDonald's retired some of their staples such as Early Bird and The Hamburglar in order to stop appealing to children. There was a commercial I distinctly remember that depicted Ronald riding bikes with kids to promote an active lifestyle (this was circa 2006).
