If that girl felt that the only way she could feel accepted was to grab a mega phone and publicly announce to a bunch of strangers that she is now a troon, then she must be incredibly insecure. Fucking hell that's bad, I hope the law gets updated so that people can sue for this shit.In most legal systems there is an expiration date on pressing charges against someone. Like if someone stole a bunch of money from you, depending on the amount, you have a certain window of time to sue for damages before you no longer can legally. The thought goes that if you wait a few years, it’s more likely that you are bringing up a lawsuit to be a nuisance rather than recover what you lostif you had lost something really valuable you would have applied “reasonable diligence” to get it back.

It’s easy too see why it would not apply to someone who has permanently lost their breasts as a result of buying into a false sense of gender identity, but unfortunately, the law always lags behind the culture. It’ll take a few high profile precedent cases before that changes. I don’t think that will matter too much anyways.
