If the producers insist on keeping him around for ratings, he could make it to 4th or 5th out if he lucks out getting easy stations. Maybe he could squeak out alright fried chicken or fish, but I'm fairly sure he couldn't even cook a risotto. Too bad you have to have 1-2 years of professional cooking experience to be accepted nowadays, it would be pretty fun to watch. Maybe Ramsey would actually call him a pigroach to his face and he'd have to sit there and take it. A fat bumbling idiot, at the very least.

The SoK made that joke when they mocked Phil's rambling about opening a restaurant that Phil would be the first guy that would make Ramsey go physical with someone on his show. And the funny montages of Phil's "cooking with the king" and Ramsey quotes are probably a good imagination of how that would go down

And on another note: why doesn't Phil just switch of the camera? He is a gamer the game is important so make more room for the game. I stream sometimes and I don't use a webcam because I feel that it would not add anything to the stream.. Seems more like his typical narcisism he thinks he is an important part of the stream especially when he does his stroke "NOOOO" face

You have to remember he has a fully decorated hallway right behind the other side of his office door, left and right gamer art. Just behind his door.

But don't dare bring gaming related decorations in the gamer room, which is dedicated to his gamer job or else that's an appeal to mouth-drooling kids, they could actually like and stay with his stream (this is actually advertising). Disgusting! Unless it's his gamer-birthday, then this is super okay, clown-emoji.

Also not everyone has a big ass condo with a million rooms. If you already own room for game streams then the next logical step is to put gaming decorations in the same place. How hard is this for him to comprehend?

He knows that, nobody can tell me he isn't aware of this logical leap. This is the most basic simplest shit, but he can't let anyone else take note of this. His ego whispers 24h a day he has to be better than anyone else, and since he's a lazy cunt without any tangible set of skills, he has to bring down the threshold. Problem solved, I guess, except not.

This is the reappearing care he absolutely 100% doesn't have, followed by an hour of absolutely caring monologues. He could literally just don't care about other's taste. Phil, if hardcore decorating and stylishly lighting your room isn't your personal style then this is fine, no questions asked. Are you jealous of those people, Phil? Is it that? Are you always jealous of people who have more than you, which is according to you a normal human reaction? Wasn't Phil praising YT for giving him sub-only mode in his chat last week and now it's once again back to being run by incompetents? I imagine he's still seething that his channel has seen no growth in the past six or seven years and because he is incapable of accepting a shred of blame he can only point the finger at youtube which is laughable really when you think of the hundreds of channels that easily surpassed Phil's numbers, not just your ninja and drama types but many niche and personality-driven channels, his arguement holds no water.

Also how the fuck does he think a platform like YT works? He can't even run a decent stream without waterbrains keeping him propped up but he somehow thinks he knows all the hot-button issues facing a website that until a few months ago he just uploaded his videos in a shotgun approach of 'throw enough shit and some might stick'. It's a shame he's never gone to therapy because he'd make a hell of a read as a case study with all his layers of narcassim and ability to blank out reality at will.

A big thing for me is when he gets low donations or something goes bad that stream he goes "I can't control it, nothing I can do"
However there is something he COULD do...it's a pretty interesting concept: BE INTERESTING OR ENTERTAINING.

??? How did all of his begged monies disappear? lol I got it(The Immortal) but the crap he says and makes excuses for are too much. Part of my venture into detractorism was after watching people dump their wallets into the stream and how ungrateful he is. With this chopping block Bullsh*t he does the games should just be dropped when he feels the need and just move on. I know he does this to guilt or upset fans to get them to tip but I haven't seen a 1/4 of what he does with most other streamers.

When you're the public face of your own business, definitely don't try to look nice and professional. That would be fake. Best to look like a fat shlub that just rolled out of bed.

Dave is not a shill okay....He is a real authentic gaming enthusiast okay. Professionals don't always have to bathe, wear clean clothes, or treat stream guests nicely. He knows what he's doing. I do picture him waking up to The Kinks Well Respected Man while blindly trying to shut off his alarm and knocking down tanqueray bottles.

The only part of Phil's appearance that he gives a shit about is that his portrayals in fanart are edited to make him look 40 years younger than he actually does.

However there is something he COULD do...it's a pretty interesting concept: BE INTERESTING OR ENTERTAINING.

He's literally said, pretty much word for word during the Returnal stream, that DSP making a boring game entertaining would be DSP "being fake." And he's the realest gamer out there.

This is a man that believes that the point of a stream is for HIM to be entertained, and then people see DSP being happy and want to contribute. DSP truly believes that it's the game's job, NOT HIS, to be entertaining.

In my experience. Cat owners who overly talk about their cats are a sure sign of a lonely person. Elpresador lets diseased strays roam his house, KGHaleon talks about his cats to himself on a dead forum.....

Don't know what to make of a guy who play's with his cat ginned up at 3AM and sets his "business twitter" profile picture as a confused dressed up cat. My only hypothesis is Kat refuses to take many new pictures with Phil or tells him to don't ever post her face online again, but Phil wants everyone to know his "family" is amazing so he does stuff like this.

Maybe he knows animal pictures are a quick way to get a boost of positivity/likes from other people on the internet who are lonely? Or maybe I'm just not much of an pet person.

What I do know is, he always seems to do some sympathy/depression tweet when he gets low tips and is asking from a whole bunch of money to be thrown in his black hole of finances.

"This is a normal setup.." yeah having a keyboard on the opposite side of your computer and reaching across to your body to type while looking in the opposite direction, all while having a TV at an angle from where you're sitting and having headphones around your neck is a totally normal setup. I can barely comprehend what he's saying. I think he believes that users are notified of new videos by e-mail. And that you can change this now so that your e-mail inbox is not spammed. He completely glossed over the actual subscription feed.
The actual reality about this matter is that nothing has actually changed other than Youtube is also now able to send notifications to your phone.
