bacon wrapped scallops predate the bacon meme/overhype by several years though. It's been a very popular Hors d'oeuvre, as for poppers the only reason to ever make them as bacon wrapped as opposed to breaded and fried is if you or a guest is on keto and can't eat bread carbs

I still think livestock was a weird choice. Overall, at least in my experience, organic farming (or farming generally) is a lot simpler than ranching. You can even start with a smaller operation and scale up one season at a time with most permaculture techniques, building out even infertile land with compost and soil amelioration methods. If land is bad for raising animals you can't do the same work to make it good for it. At least not gradually.

Yeah that's true, but on the flip-side there's a lot of farming going on just opposite the mountain range in the same climatic zone no more than 40 miles from the tranch, a region with only 10 days longer of a growing season. It'd be rough going to start up from nothing there too, but people are absolutely doing industrial scale farming in that part of Colorado and these guys have funding sources that your average homesteader doesn't (namely, online tranny grifting).

Then there are the various shanty-town inspired fabrications that have sprung up around the ranch, many of which would have formed naturally if a big pile of plywood had been left out in a strong wind. If I was going to make an outdoor shower, then I would consult a few websites or some YouTube videos to get an idea of how to build something that was robust and was going to see me through a few years. The construction work taking place intermittently on the ranch is wilfully inept, both in the choice of materials and in the execution. They are wasting money on crap that is unfit for purpose and is going to either fall down within months, or generate biblical clouds of mould spores.

It's good on filet mignon, but I can't really imagine putting it on other cuts of steak.

Much like humans in prisons whenever there's same sex interactions among animals chances are it is an act of asserting dominance over other males or females. To ensure the lesser, weaker ones don't breed. Animals may be stupid but at least they know sometimes a pecking order for who gets to pass along their genes is necessary to ensure survival. So yes it may be natural, but not for the reasons you claim just so you can validate your mental illness .
