I'm going to let conspiracy-brain speak for a second: What if both the caption and the off-screen look here are deliberate? By saying they were asked to do this, it tells viewers "This isn't our idea" and Jazz looking off-camera shows someone is at the very least encouraging them to do it.
Real conspiracy time: This is a humiliation video.
The network execs or producers want to know how far they'll be able to push Sander and Jazz with filming the new season, so if they tell Jeannette "Have the two of them film a video together jumping around like jiggly retards". If Jeanette says "No" or "I can't make them do things on their personal accounts." They'll know there is a line the family doesn't want to cross, but by posting a video like this they're responding "Honk honk! You say jump we say 'How high?'"

If Jazz (ok, Jeanette) wanted to go down the queerfluencer route, the Bloshinskies could easily afford a freelancer and manufacture an image. Jazz wouldn't even need to stop appearing in videos, because there's plenty of instagram influencers who literally just post completely faked images - you can see them looking 80 pounds heavier with a completely different face when they post insta stories, but none of their followers care.

I kinda wonder why Jeanette hasn't made that happen, perhaps because she doesn't know how easy it is? She's obviously able to wrangle Jazz into doing photoshoots and TikToks, this wouldn't take much more effort.
