I still say it's not a binge-eating disorder; it's just a (normal) young man's appetite, which is legendarily voracious, in a girl's wardrobe. Or something like that.

Earlier in the thread, I said that it was weird that Jazz didn't gain much face and chin fat. Turns out I just forgot what a creepy Beetlejuice headhunter skull he was working with before. His face doesn't look like a stretched out eight year old boy anymore, so that's progress.... I guess...

He has like, a comedy fatguy body now. The sports bra and giant gut remind me of Chris Chan.

Looks like the predictions of Jazz's shape under her clothes were all spot on.

That hurts to look at.

His family enabled this and his family is not going to allow him to get to a healthy-ish place on his own terms as long as he is under the same roof.

This is someone who is miserable in his own body and always has been.

I don't know what an intervention would look like at this point, but it needs to involve a non-judgemental space, and having a camera in his face is 100% judging.

He needs the kind of growing that college provides, but like I said, I don't think he's healthy enough for that.

Green Gulch Zen Center? Or a similar place? There has to be someone willing to float him for a few months at a place like that?

An intensive in-patient, long term Bellevue stay would be a good start. That boy is gonna need to be institutionalized at some point, but I doubt anyone will intervene (unless its for the views).

He seems high-profile enough and sympathetic enough for some Hollywood orbiter to be like, "Heyyyyyyy gurrrrrl, I am going on this two-week retreat, super fun, glamping with the gals, holistic detox, want to come?"

And then it's some Southwestern and/or Asia-Pacific pseudo-religious thing where you get up at 6 and eat seaweed and get enemas and scrub the floor of the ashram and come back 20 lbs lighter.

Real talk, this sounds like all he ever wanted.

Jeanette doesn't WANT to get him clothes that actually fit. Jeanette wants Jazz to be thin and cute and if you give him clothes that fit he might not be "encouraged" to lose the weight.

A lot. There was a photo a while back where we couldn't see everything on the shelf, but Jazz does have a "meds shelf" in his room.
This makes me feel gross, like I'm walking in on someone committing incest.

The weight gain in the face brings out the resemblance to his mom. The rounder face combined with the nose and mouth shape.

Maybe he'll get on my 600 lb life when he becomes a deathfat or get his own spin off show in the style of 1000 lb sisters. He's already on TLC's radar so I can see this becoming reality.
