you could short it instead
Shorting implies I would want it in my portfolio (even if to just sell it back later). Thanks, but I'll decline.

EDIT: Looking at other stocks from game companies post E3, it looks like nearly every company lost a little, Microsoft is the "winner" by actually gaining during the conference, and Nintendo lost the least by coming just short of breaking even.

The audio is ear-rape. Sound effects range from "wrongly-pitched" to "actual puke sounds when someone gets hit". The music is garbage because the developers couldn't get the rights to the music they wanted to use so they took some midis from some random sites and stuck them in the game (this is an actual thing that happened, no joke)
The music is actually suppose to be remixes of tracks from older sonic games. For example, the infamous music track central city:

It's actually just a shitty midi-fied version of Diamond dust zone:

Never played a Sonic game except the classics but I found the dialogue options in Sonic Chronicles fucking hilarious

Even Nintendo lost stock after E3 and they had the best showing. This E3 was really bad, even though Nintendo was way superb compared to the others, they still had a slightly below average performance.

Ooo...Take-Two gained .78 for the day...but lost well over $10/share over the week. A majority of gaming stocks actually took a hit this week, which means little confidence in the companies to produce solid games. Not a good look at all.
They talked about video games too much when they should have been talking about diversity and inclusion more.

I was listening to someone say "E3 used to be when people were excited for new releases." and it got me thinking, when was I excited for something NEW in gaming? What excites me is like a year or two after something's initial release, getting the definitive edition on Steam and THEN playing it, after all the bug fixes and patches, etc...

I can legitimately say the last time I really got excited for a new release was Grand Theft Auto V

So you can understand why I've never been excited for a new release in nearly a decade. At best I'm like "that looks like it could be a good time waster." and might get it a week after it comes out if I hear decent things.

lmao at the game giving you the option to make Sonic a complete dick.

>he believes there will ever will be new GTA

good goy
It really is weird that a series that was once as big a fucking deal as GTA vanished from all new entries for so long.

it's not weird at all, because they have money printer called GTA Online
You'd think if it was making that much money though they'd be quicker in trying to get a GTAVI out to make even more money, they really don't think milking GTA Online for 8 fucking years is going to dilute the franchise in the long run?

Where have you been? There are regularly 5-10 year gaps between most game franchises now.

GTA Online is what's keeping the masses in check, if anything. I saw way more desire for a GTA V than I've seen for a GTA VI.

Some anons have clipped and saved certain portions of E3 that were cringe/stupid. If anyone missed E3 and wanted to know exactly what happened (aside from reading the posts in the thread), here you go... this was pretty much the gist of it.
