Yeah, not to powerlevel, but inside fact? Doctors have to be crazy passive aggressive when they're working with lunatics. It's unprofessional and counterproductive to simply say "I went to school for ten years to hold my current position, and you have 5 minutes on google. Shut the fuck up and let the smart people talk." When a pediatrician asks "Why have you stopped vaccinating your child?" what they're actually asking is "What oversight of the system has stopped the state taking your child?"

I actually believe it did happen, but not for the reasons she thinks. The professional realized she's talking to someone who is beyond her ability to save, and stopped preaching to the deaf when she realized her time would be better spend sitting in the break room wondering why she bothers anymore.

Edit: Somewhat off-topic, but most common one I've heard used from the link is "Slow Code to China". Seems like the natural result of anti-vax beliefs.

In all seriousness, these people are menaces to public health. They do not care for themselves and certainly not others. Not even their own children. That's about as fucked up as you can get.

In Canada they legit kick your kid out of school if you don't get vaccinated at the appropriate time. That's a huge health hazard to other children and the staff and the universe.
I don't understand these people, would you rather have a dead kid or a kid who supposedly got autism from a shot. I dunno, I'd choose the autistic kid if I were them.

This is really enlightening. So much so that I've had a revelation:

I used to think these people should just be vaccinated. Now I think these people should be vaccinated then sterilized. Or vice versa.

They deserve to have a choice.

Maybe if the anti-vaxxers weren't so inept, irresponsible and stupid as parents people wouldn't recommend that solution.

And reading random articles of questionable value and knowledge will always trump high amounts of education within the medical field. It's not like said random article would regurgitate harmful b.s.

They used to do the same in the states 10-15 years ago or so, at least in some states. I don't know why they changed that, it's all kinds of sad.
