I like Ina's art, and as much as I may want to agree she's selling herself short, she's not really wrong. Her art really doesn't do anything different from most other artists. She definitely excels in her technical skill and application, which in a market as oversaturated as drawn artwork, that ends up being far more valuable in the long run.

Using brain neurons (cells in your brain that you can use sometimes) I imply from that meme that raping someone is a bad thing to do, hence the Luknights act as wards to their oshii. If it were a rape joke it would make light of the fact of raping, which this clearly isn't.

Ina and the girls of EN as a whole (Watson really comes to mind) show signs of having some sort of degree of Imposter Syndrome. They wouldn't be as successful if they were incompetent, but they often sell themselves short despite having skyrocketed to the top in a short period of time.

Ina shows it too but she's missing a key piece in her musings, whenever she is streaming, she's taking the role of an entertainer first and of an artist, second. The vast majority of artists out there don't work in front of a live audience, that also adds some pressure which interferes in the creative process. The whole point of her streams is to show her skills as an entertainer and the technical quality of her art, it's an entertainment role, first and foremost. It's not like she's putting her inspiration to work and prepping up an exposition or something like that.

Quick edit: Summing it up, Ina is selling herself short but also missing while somehow grasping that she's an entertainer with amazing artistic talents. She's just a bit confused about the point of art streams and showing some signs of self doubt.

Conclusion: Tako girl needs to relax a bit and eat some sweets, she's beating herself up too much.

I wouldn't have imagined Ina to be a Gundam/Gunpla fan, so this is neat. Has she elaborated on this before?

Char's Counterattack is an amusing choice for a watchalong, considering how messy of a movie it is. Even when I was sure to watch everything in production order, CCA still blindsided me by starting in the middle of a brand new war out of nowhere, followed by some baffling narrative decisions over the course of the movie. I'd especially feel bad for the people who'd be watching it for the first time for the watchalong without being familiar with the preceding story of the Universal Century. Though the Nu Gundam and Sazabi are fucking baller regardless.

Unfortunately, it seems to me that now is a bad time to be getting into Gunpla, especially as an international consumer. The supply of model kits is totally fucked at the moment even for the ordinarily-common stuff, making the prices you pay exorbitant unless you're carefully monitoring monthly restocks for preorder. For example, this is 3500 yen MSRP:

For Watson its probably because if it wasn't for Cover she'd just be another streamer. Being dirt poor I imagine she didn't have the funds to try out all the creative things she comes up with especially living in LA. I mean before Cover she had been streaming for a few years already right? It's crazy how just some exposure can change literally everything.

It's because of this I don't think Ame will ever leave Cover unless she wants to start a family or is fired. She's way too grateful, they literally changed her life.

while Coco's graduation might mean the end of an era... her era meant we got HoloEN.. which seems be the era of the trend setting-gremlin-pushing the limits Ame, comfy-chill-punny-also trilingual Ina, thirsty-trilingual chiken Kiara, bar spitting-socially awkward-dad Calli, and smoll-scattered brain-voice of an angel shork Gura (amongst all the other usual stuff the JP nad Stars branch puts out ofc).

The Golden Age may have ended.. but the Silver Age seems to be in full swing and it is a bittersweet moment to be alive to see it all.

edit: whoever setup the 3D smoll Ame either is gonna become smashed with comissions or will be brought on by Cover (assuming they recognize the talent) for future projects like 3D smoll Ame. That or they fade away, wanting no fame. Unless, of course.. Ame did this. Then she truly is a trend setter and pushing the limits.

I'm not sure I've seen anything more creative in Watson streams than I saw in Sachiowo clips. She seems more reserved here than the weird stuff she did before.

Ame streaming with a 3d Bubba avatar will be wonderfully cursed.
