If an actual woman can't give birth it's usually due to illness/ medical complications. The reason MTFs can't give birth is because they are biologically male and never had the required organs (i.e. a whom) that are needed to get pregnant and give birth.

Ultra rare birth defects aren't proof of there being more than 2 genders.

1. A mangled penis is not and never will be an actual vagina. 2. Actual women who do through vaginectomies/hysterectomies at least had an actual vagina at one point while MTFs don't.

While body types are diverse, there are certain characteristics that are more common between the 2 sexes. (i.e. broad shoulders and chins that make it easy to clock MTF troons).
I really don't believe that any MTFs are truly "stealth" and any who do claim to be are just delusional. If even professional models look so aggressively male in everything from facial features to that power stance, there is no way the average troon is fooling anyone.
