What does he have. Like 2-3 months before he moves to Terceira? Wonder what the excuse is gonna be when September rolls around and he isn't raising chickens and growing veggies on that island. I was looking through the rental listings on the island. They aren't cheap and they look like the exploded asshole of Kazakhstan. The listing on realtor sites looks like abandoned properties lol. There is one that is 1.2 million Euros.... It looks like a shithole as well. IT does look better than the rest, but not worth that much. It looks outdated and a bit run down. Looks like IF you were to buy it. It would require additional maintenance in order to be up to "code" as it were. If I had 1.2 million Euro or 1.42 million USD. I would rather live in the US and get a home for 500K that looks leaps and bounds better than this overpriced shitbox.
