Breast implants were made for female bodies. So…no.
Although if a surgeon or medical device company were so inclined, one could probably make bank if you designed implants or a breast augmentation procedure that looked more natural on male proportions. But then the whole problem is that men don’t have breasts so they will look pretty bad no matter what. So back to…no.

Everyday plastic surgery usually doesn’t involve radical internal and external reconfiguration of body parts into places and shapes they were never meant to go, and tend to be performed in such a way that the only external evidence is a discrete scar. These surgeries also tend to be on areas that aren’t under a lot of movement.
Troon surgeries are the complete opposite. They are intensive (and usually speedrunned by the surgeon because they want to squeeze in more cock chops into their schedule), have huge external scars, and basically result in an open wound in an area of the body that’s not only under constant movement but also where you piss and shit from.

Not for troons. There's little motivation to improve procedures when your target market silences victims for you.
If a normal cosmetic surgeon consistently botched boob jobs on real women, word would spread, new customers would stop coming and the old ones have plenty of options to get their surgeries revised. An SRS surgeon can fuck up over and over and over again because other trannies will make excuses for them, and where else is the victim goung to go?

Where did you find this pic? I am pretty sure that’s a real vulva and a true and honest uterine prolapse.
I don’t see any of the telltale scars and the shape looks really natural. If that’s a stinkditch, then someone has improved their technique immensely.
