Yeah, that's true, but it just seems suspicious that she's picking up all the trendy mental illnesses tumblr seems to have latched onto. Like, BPD, ASPD, etc and she blatantly doesn't how those actually effect people's mental state.
Her PTSD is probably going to be 'oooo, I had a nightmare, I'm shaking' while ignoring any of the other symptoms because she doesn't care enough to google how it effects people.
People have nightmares about bad shit that happens to them all the time, it doesn't mean every single person who's dreamt of a real life event has PTSD.

After staying with her, darzie said her dad did show a few signs of at least being verbally abusive. But considering that they let her go to a con with a fuck buddy from a hundred miles away they can't be as bad as she makes them out to be.

Ehhh, it's pretty common to think your parents are awful at her age. I don't really buy it. Ashley has demonstrated time and time again that anything she claims to suffer will be immediately exploited. Add in her extremely flexible definition of "abuse" (that is, anything she doesn't like) and I'm gonna go ahead and call bullshit. He's probably just a normal father who wants his daughter to stop being such a shit.

So, forgive me if this was documented earlier in the thread, but is there any evidence for this supposed abuse aside from her word? Has she posted pictures or has CPS ever been involved or anything that would give her claim even the most remote amount of weight?

Tumblrinas seem to have so many people with mental disorders that, should an alien race ever discover the remains of our civilization, they would assume Tumblr was our fucking asylums.

To be fair, neglect can be a form of abuse. Not caring where your kid is going or who they're going with is something that comes with some abusive behaviours.

Though I honestly don't know if I believe she was abused. Like others have said she must have got it from somewhere, but it's a tranny-who-cried-wolf situation, I can't take her too seriously at this point even if there may be some legitimacy to her claims.

DPD and antisocial disorders aren't comorbid, especially AVPD. Unless she's some kind of modern day miracle and has two entirely separate brains.

I don't understand why you would celebrate people thinking youre a paedophile, but that's just me.

I'm just satisfied the cops showed up at all, I didn't expect that part. We are also well aware that the situation is legal, but once again, since the pair of them struggle with reading comprehension: the issue isn't the age difference in and of itself. This whole thing emphasizes what I mentioned before, which is that reporting them is fruitless. Only the 14 year old has any grounds to talk to the cops, and he won't do that. Ashley will not see legal consequences for this, but her destroyed online reputation (try searching her user names on tumblr some time - her ass patters are irritating but they make up the underwhelming minority) is probably more effective for someone like her. She likes to pretend she's interesting and a bunch of murderers inside her own head, but remember offline, she's a pudgy white nobody with a bad haircut working for minimum wage, leeching off her underage lover, and apparently no real friends besides Adam. You think fictives and the like would be more ambitious, since they're supposedly a video game protagonist, and those people get shit done.
