I'm not in their community. To my knowledge, their storytelling world is open for anyone to use. I sometimes make wallpapers and 3D stuff featuring the logo's and aside from this do not have any in-depth knowledge about what goes on in a place I am not even in. My current running theory is that Vixus is scared of their past involvement in that CORE cult that looked to be even more insane than Korps, some real-world cult shit, being dragged back into the public eye, either because it reflects badly on their on judgement, or because they are afraid of vindictive cult members going after them for being the one who wrote that big wall of text on CORE that seemed to be leaked from some Telegram group. Korps ripped off Hex from my understanding, but it's also not really that unique of a design. I've been keeping an eye on and off for a few years, but I've only really started watching since CORE started falling apart.
Also, There's a reason CORE is as lambasted in the community as it is. It was insane how far they went. It's taboo to talk about CORE in a way it's taboo to talk about Bambi.

De-programming just kinda happens over time and by talking to people. Hypnosis is a kind of make-believe, but some autists are very susceptible to games of make-believe. It can become their reality, especially if playing along means they can feed a fetish and hang out with friends and like-minded people. It's a lot like transition in that way.

Something similar happened multiple times with Chris-Chan and the Idea Guys. He let people into his cherished fantasy world, and they used it to manipulate him.
