I think you are confusing it with AnCom = Anarcho Communism here, which is a leftist idea of a stateless society with equality, which unlike AnCap does have historical perecedences (they all failed in bloody deaths lol)

Very much this. Talk shit about Corporate Suits all you want, the barriers they set up, even if sometimes too restrictive, do prevent them from giving a spotlight to people like this.
After all, with all 52 (pretty sure thats all counted?) Hololive Members and only 3 Lolcows (Hitomi Chris, which was very early on with nearly no experience as a company; Artia, Civia, which where Chinks (not sure if should have counted the other 3 Non-Taiwan Chinks)) thats a pretty good ratio, and definitivly plays a part in their success.

Looking forward to the TTRPG stream with Ame and Calli... though I'm not sure if I'll be able to watch it live. Ina's Yuul B. Alwright one was great, and when Calli is really into something she's pretty entertaining.

Also, Gura's pretty close to reaching 3 million subs. The release of her song seems to have sped back up her sub gains after it had slowed down a bit.

This is exactly why I distance myself from the greater western Vtuber community and struck it out on my own with a few people I had met beforehand. Nobody gives a shit about my personal politics and I don't want to soapbox either. The only corpo who has so far had the right idea in terms of fundraising or charity work was Ame and her support of animal shelters. General humanitarian work free of borders tends to be a safe bet if you really want to support a cause. Nobody's gonna have a sour taste in their mouth for a streamer wanting to donate to homeless shelters or hunger relief.

Even then, you want to steer clear of the American Red Cross. They're sketchy about where the money goes. The international and other national branches are fine, but the AMC has ridiculous overhead and minimal effectiveness.

Her covers are good but keep the politics on Twitter, people on stream don't give a shit. Even if I agreed with most of her politics (like I imagine I do with Kiara since she's moderately left like me) I'd still be fucking agitated, because it's so unnecessary. I recently learned that some members of VShoujo played DnD, DMed by Arcadum, and I reached episode 10 of their campaign, Death and Debts. There they accepted an offer to enter the game's main universe or whatever it's called, and play on "hard mode", with consequences that can spread to the other player groups. From reading the comments, apparently players and viewers alike were concerned that the Vtubers' chaotic actions could fuck things up for everyone.

This happened about eight months ago. Has anyone here already watched how the ending played out? I'm looking for a spoiler free answer if they majorly fucked up the universe, and were there any pissed players.
