Looking at this just really puts into perspective how much damn work it actually takes for MTF trannies to not get immediately clocked just facially, no wonder Kevkev's going to be wearing masks publicly for the foreseeable future. I'm pretty sure this is an autism thing. Some autistic people (pl: this may or may not include myself) do not naturally make normal facial expressions and have to practice things like smiling.
IME the smile with teeth is especially difficult because it usually ends up being
a) Too wide so you look like the Joker
b) A snarl where you bare teeth and look like a wild animal
c) Soy mouth (i.e. the classic pre-trans kevin photos)
d) An obviously forced grimace
e) Full tard-face (see above image)

I've long suspected this is why he has the exact same "AGP smirk" in every photo he takes, as it is a practiced configuration of his face muscles that reliably looks ok (at least to him). Casually turning up the corners of one's mouth is a foolproof way to get the point of a smile across without looking insane and/or retarded. His comment about it being "really hard for me to pull off" an open-lipped smile makes this theory a lot more likely, as people who intuitively know how to smile usually don't brag about doing one correctly (not like that's the case here but the point stands).
