just an observation: that’s a brand new Weber Genesis grill. Easily $800, more if it has a side burner. I can tell it is brand new because of the lack of burn/seasoning markings on the side.

Normally a red garnish like that on hummus would be paprika, although that's a disgusting amount of paprika to accidentally scoop up onto a crudité.
