well i only use the tapwater for dishes and coffee so would it really effect me that much?
Its possible. Those water testing kits are pretty cheap anyway though, even if you find nothing out of the oridinary its good to know your pipes are clean at least.

People have been poisoned very suddenly by water treatment issues though. The thing that made me think of bad water was how you mentioned the panic attacks just started suddenly in your life for no real reason.
You might want to see a doctor about that if it's becoming a regular thing that makes you unable to function. Not treating the problem is a good way to develop agoraphobia.
i found out what was happening because i went to the doctor. i thought ut was just chest pain but my heart rate goes up to 120, etc. they gave me a medicine but.it doesnt help

If this isn't a shitpost, then the best thing to do is to take a time out and focus on breathing. Try to learn the signs: what it feels like when an attack is starting, what sorts of situations might trigger it, etc. Panic attacks aren't rational things, so it won't necessarily happen "for a reason", but if you can anticipate one. then you can politely excuse yourself from whatever situation you're in, until it passes.

The good news is, a panic attack won't kill you. The first few times it happens you might think you're having a stroke or a heart attack, but you'll survive. Just a find a quiet spot and focus on breathing.

Bad news is, there's not really a "cure". Meds can sometimes help with anxiety, but as you're seeing, meds are not necessarily going to work. If this becomes an ongoing issue, you could also look into therapy. I dunno your history or your current situation, and I'm not sure you'd want to powerlevel that kind of stuff on a site like Kiwifarms, but as someone who's worked in the mental health field before, I can tell you that whatever's happened, regardless of how "bad" you think it is, if you are starting to experience panic attacks then it's worth looking into.

(there's a common perception that people don't get panic attacks unless they're crazy, but that's not necessarily true. Panic attacks and anxiety disorders aren't well understood right now, but my understanding is that current research suggests they're largely neurochemical, and can start happening to anybody, for basically any reason - or even no reason at all. Mental health professionals could help you sort that out, though, if this becomes an ongoing issue.)

I've got that problem. As was mentioned a few times, controlled breathing helps. Blowing on your thumb slows your heart rate. Eating a light snack can work wonders. But all you really can do is wait it out and manage the symptoms.
