2.) The disclaimer is fag shit. Of course part of the second ammendment is partially for killing government officials. Is the whole "The tree of liberty..." quote ambiguous in any way? Or was Thomas Jefferson "glowing"?

I'm surprised and even a little impressed. Say what you will about the man, but he's got some balls.

That aside, I think he realized his hardcore haters stalk his shit more vigilantly then even his most dedicated fans, so it was bound to come to light anyways. While the comic is a bit more on the risque side, even for him, I doubt it's going to win over anyone who's already decided they don't like him and, likewise, it isn't going to drive away anyone who's already one of his fans.
