General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Hearing about Lulu graduating hurt a bit more than Coco's graduation for me considering she was my main pull into Nijisanji and the greater vtuber sphere (or rabbit hole). While I never really "treated" her as my Oshi (buying her merch/voice packs, donating my life savings in superchats, watch every stream.) I still consider her to be one solely for dragging me into this weeb hell.

...Did I do it right? Either way, this basically confirms it. She will be graduating from Nijisanji and from her wording, it's unlikely that she will make her returns under another avatar. So the Saine sister down to one. To be honest, the signs were there. She had been constantly taking breaks both this year and the last due to health issue, LizeLuluListen emotional ending, how much extra effort was put into her new outfit, and how much promotion she had been getting. My headcanon is that she's getting married since she's the only one who had been in Niji June bride lineup twice, she said that it's her favorite month and she wanted to be a June bride herself.

I remember hearing about all these signs and blowing them off as coincidences. Whatever the reason she has for graduating I wish her good luck on whatever future endeavors she pursues. I also hope she gets to play Elden Ring in the future.

They're actually talking about Yuya Shin from NijiKR who graduated just on the 14th this month. But who cares about KR branch anyways.
One good thing, if this can even be called that, from this is that our west taiwan friends learn that the shoe is pretty uncomfortable on the other foot.

The picture @Wandering Lurker posted got me thinking... Roa is just fucking gone, isnt she?
Other Nijis have alluded to the idea of her coming back, since she just said it was a hiatus, but its been almost a year and as far as I know we havent heard anything of her since she bullied Meiro.

I get why, she all the goodwill and destroyed her "uwu cute loli" imagine after the screenshots went public, but still wondering why she hasnt said anything. Do they think people will eventually forget about the incident?

I'm actually so fucking dumb, I chose to believe that she didn't graduate kind of forgot she graduated earlier this month. I actually quite like the Niji KR branch as I would occasionally watch Yuya and sometimes Ray and now I actively try to catch streams from Hari and Hada. June really is not the greatest month for vtubers.

I have no idea what will happen with Roa at this point honestly. I posted about how most of her fanbase by now has exonerated her but I doubt most people that know about the shitstorm have and see it as both sides being shitters blowing up over the most mundane shit. The girl will either have to come back and get antis shitting up her streams or unfortunately decide to graduate with no fanfare, I think. Which would be another blow to the poor Koala aka Debi as I think Debi and Roa were pretty close.

It's really true, huh? Like Gibara a really big loss for Nijisanji. Even if a little bit overused I liked Lulu's normal art student/eldritch horror trope. It always got me when she slowly moves her head and begins to stare into your soul.

Eminem Zombie ova here lol! Kidding aside, she's right, it's really annoying to get those language beggars, they don't even try to be minimally polite by asking for a quick translation. It's basically a step above those dudes in online games who start demanding people speak their language when they see people chatting in another language, which is really stupid and very rude unless it's spam.

How long we thinking she going to spend designing the character? I'm guessing 1 hour and 15 mins. Also didn't know SEGA actually sponsored her for this the more you know.

I get the people who're constantly saying " don't get attached because it's only temporary".
But guys, it's only been several months since V-tubing effectively went mainstream to most of the world so people are really just getting into the groove.
Talents like Coco and Korone went viral last year so of course people are going to be effing sad when they announced that they're going to retire.

That's one of the reasons I've been following this thread. Vtubing exploded last year. I'm wondering how long it will go before there's a crash.
