Sander reminds me of a lot of would-be boyfriends that would act super sunny and peppy and positive when you first meet them before suddenly exploding into loud murderous rage for no reason without warning. That's my personal explanation, apart from his association with Jazz, that he's still single. He's a good looking guy and most normies don't know what trans is, or even watch the show. So it has to be something about him that's ruining his chances.

"Super sunny and peppy and positive" alone would be a major turn-off for me.

Some girls romanticize that. "Sunshine Bois" and all that rot. They figure a happy, positive himbo-type will respect them and add some light into their life. I've been there. Most guys of that nature though are deeply insecure, are over-compensating, and are the most likely to turn into raging abusive alcoholics.

Why does she have braces if she only has like five total teeth in her mouth?

Her teeth are crowded and probably impacted up above the gum line. That can cause quite a bit of pain. She may also have an irregular bite which can cause further damage to her mouth, lips, and inner cheeks.

As a positive and upbeat person, I agree we're compensating for something, maybe even a lot, and a lot of that enthusiasm is about self-soothing related to insecurity. I don't think most become raging alcoholics, but a lot do end up disappointed and it's easy to become bitter if you're lazy or let your guard down about maintaining a good attitude. I think you might be surprised if you viewed Sanders' browing history and saw what he was really saying. The kinds of people, and what they're really like, that are posting on places like this and the now-defunct 8chan, might surprise you.

It's all fun and games when you're a kid playing make-believe and getting loads of positive, focused attention (and you still have intact body parts). Jazz thought adolescence and adulthood would be just as whimsical and carefree.
