Considering it would require them to be both proficient in English and Japanese and on top of that willing to put in the work of prowling Reddit for memes. No, not yet. She's planning to show her Live2D on her birthday stream on August 11 (The stream would also be public). But it won't be the current avatar she's using as there was a dispute over the design of the avatar she uses being too similar to a Hatsune Miku design so the new Live2D would be different. But I'm not too sure if that's what happened so I could wrong and be not remembering correctly.
If we go to Japan, then we might be the good guys. In Europe, eh, not so much.
