It’s for this reason I have no sympathy for trannies. Even the ones who are "sane"
I agree. The idea that there are "true" transpeople and all the embarrassing, badly behaved ones are "false" transpeople is just the No True Scotsman fallacy. The dainty, beautiful, meek, harmless, perfectly-passing HSTS who's a joy to be around is a fictional character that only exists in internet arguments.
It would be like saying that schizophrenics who have their condition under control are "true" schizophrenics, and homeless schizophrenics who scream at people at bus stops aren't "really schizo" because they make schizos look bad, and that's mean.
Or like saying that bulimics don't have disordered eating, they're vomit-enabled, they're part of "food-consumption diversity" and barfing is a valid method of self-expression, it's those mean awful anorexics that are the problem, they're the disordered ones.
Alcoholics who drink 25-year-old scotch and alcoholics who drink mouthwash are both alcoholics, one isn't "better" or "true" or "totally good to drive you guys, come on".
Wanting to be the opposite sex and having this desire take over your life is, quite frankly, not sane. There's no way to be a "true trans".
Apologies for a long and rambling post, but I think you know what I mean.
