Honestly, Ame is the only one I could see as coming close to filling Kaichou's shoes. She is very creative, clever, outgoing, push's the boundaries, etc. She has already proven herself as supportive behind the scenes of her gen mates. I fell for Coco because she was a terrible singer, but she enjoyed it so much. Ame has the same energy, you can tell she enjoys streaming a lot, doesn't seem to care about the money, and her fanbase interaction is fun.

I'd imagine she is also studying Japanese as she wants to and does collab with the JP members.
