I have been switching between search engines over the last few months, and I have to say Bing is the most oppressive censor. If you search "@RWMaloneMD twitter" on Bing he practically doesn't exist at all, the inventor of the mRNA tech, a single page of results only. I have found Bing blocking other things as well over the months, which I should have catalogued. I think this just makes me hate Microsoft even more. Western Australia reimposes restrictions after one new local case of Covid-19 recorded

A physiotherapist in Perth has tested positive for Covid-19 after visiting a Bondi cafe, prompting the West Australian government to reimpose some restrictions for at least three days.

Health Minister Roger Cook said it was believed the woman had the Delta strain of the virus.

“We are treating this situation seriously,” Mr Cook told reporters on Sunday.

Mr Cook said the woman had done everything right.

Restrictions will apply for the Perth and Peel regions from noon.

Masks will also be mandatory indoors and the 2 sqm rule is returning.

Seconded. Avoid all NSAIDs after the jab. They will worsen any coagulation issue the not vaccines are causing. (You should probably avoid Aspirin as well). Stick to Tylenol if you have a headache or muscle pain. If memory serves they were advising coof sufferers to avoid them in the early days because they were making the spike protein coagulation issue worse.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens in the isolated island nations like Australia and New Zealand. The Delta variant has an R0 of 5 (well at least that's what's being claimed) compared to an R0 of 2-3 for the original. I can't see them keeping it out for much longer unless they ban all inward travel indefinitely. Australia also has very low vaccination rates, folks there don't trust the AZ vaccine which was the main one that was ordered by their government. Will they admit that the Delta variant is a nothing burger or will they keep going with the lockdowns?

People said that we could've totally ignored COVID-19 as a pandemic and it would just be considered a bad flu season, but the dreaded DELTA STRAIN literally is something we can ignore and no one would notice it, at least assuming the reports of the death rate (0.1% vs 2.0%, goddamn, what does that translate to using the better metric of fatality, like 0.01% vs 0.25%?) and its infectiousness. I never minded contracting the Chinkflu, but I'm glad as hell Delta Strain is spreading since it just sounds like a shitty case of hay fever that gives you nature's vaccine instead of some sketchy ass rushjob of a vaccine. The vaccines are not perfect. PHE estimates two-dose effectiveness against hospital admission with the Delta infections at around 94%. We can perhaps assume there is at least 95% protection against Covid-19 death, which means the lethal risk is reduced to less than a twentieth of its usual value.
