You know why mental health is a global crisis? We're told we can't tell someone to buck the fuck up and work through it. Assuming byuu believes everything he said in that email, he's a person that really should never expose themselves on the internet, ever. If you already have mental problems and self-esteem issues from a random social encounter, then the thought of an untold number of people laughing at you somewhere is going to crush you - even if this thread was removed he would still be distraught.

From reading the OP, byuu seems like an insanely talented person that squandered his life on an extremely niche interest and then became disillusioned with other people in a similar sphere making exponentially more money than him. Also he got sucked into the discord furry pipeline. I don't think him reaching out to Null was him thinking 100% rationally.
