who is this guy? I never heard of him OR even his emulators. like when you are looking for emu's you would see them but those names dont ring a bell

Because normal people dont use them. The only people who would know bsnes or higan are linux users who emulate due to lack of alternatives. With retroarch being popular, they likely dont know either anymore. His emulator is autistic because it focuses on being accurate, not fast. Normal people want to play for fun and dont notice the tiny inaccuracies autistic players notice. This is seen with speed runners playing on accurate emulators because they need to get timings right on the physical console.
There are also no source code build instructions so its a pain in the ass to build for other platforms like android and obscure ARM chip handhelds like the Pyra.
It also doesnt help the name changed when users were used to bsnes.

They think that if they get enough signatures, the procedure for a matter to end up before SCOTUS will magically disappear, their case magically will appear before SCOTUS, and SCOTUS will overrule 24 years (if we are counting from when SCOTUS declared the internet to he sacred, deleted Communications Decency Act (bar 230) (Reno v.
