This does remind me of something that Coco talked about in a recent stream, it could have been her Bar Coco. But she was talking about outside what goes on with her channel, which is confirmed to remain (bar monetization/memberships disabling 3 months later), her name not being taboo and also still being part of Alternative, she says everything else is still being actively discussed because they have never had a graduation on mutually good terms (not sure what that says about Aloe). But I do wonder how much is still needed to be discussed outside of those things.

The only things I can think of are appearances on Kanata's stream and the like, maybe fes concert appearances. But who knows, it might even involve what they plan on doing with the elephant in the room that is kson. Considering they probably know that once everything has died down, there will be inevitable requests from Hololive members asking what the likelihood of them being able to collab with her are. (Not saying that it'll happen, just that management will inevitably be faced by the question)

They're probably going to discuss stuff like the possibility of her ever returning, doing a comeback live, if she can continue with whatever future group she has as well as returning to hololive. Kind of relevant right now as AZKi is streaming as an indie as well as part of hololive. She's also collabing, as her indie self, with Aki on a song, so they probably also have to discuss her possible future collabs as an indie.

Not saying any of those things are going to happen but I'm sure she wants to keep as many options open as she can.

There's probably still ongoing discussions about merch too. Typically they dont do any after graduation but she talked them into doing reruns of old merch just before graduation and surely made a fortune. There are various prototypes of models and such that were bring worked on for next wonfes so they might be trying to push through the rights for those at the last minute too

Usually how these things go after all. VTubers are real personality mixed with highly exaggerated traits for entertainment purposes. Kiara seems like someone who would joke and tease friends with fake flirting. But she definitely isn't romantically interested in Calli.

I've always thought it was interesting that the two HoloEN talents with any actual live performance experience (as far as I know) are the chicken and reaper who were living in Japan at the time. It would make sense that when EN gets their 3d models, those two would have had much easier access to the studio for the full experience and would likely take the lead and do the heavy lifting in any future EN 3d concerts or events. I'm assuming the whole Kiara visa issues has thrown a wrench into everything, we'll see how the 3d model rollouts happen.

Them being set up as a couple seems like a corporate decision to recreate something like Korone/Okayu for the content. And we've seen plenty of Twitch streamer houses like OTV play up the shipping stuff "for the content" when if they is nothing going on in real life. They're probably casual friends irl.

I really enjoyed the Usaken Matsuri stream. It's chaotic, but wholesome. Sure there's a hiccup here and there, but it's still nice to see almost everyone from Hololive together. Miko and Gura interactions might be my favorite moment, along with Nene picking up the lost EN members. It truly was like a real life festival

I need to see more Nene and EN interactions. I think she has the best English next to Hachama. Plus I truly think she likes western culture Aqua said that Nene dresses like a "Yankee girl".

First stream

1. Shark start earlier because she knew something horrible was going to happen so she wanted to test stuff first
2. Nervous as shit did not want to enter the server yet until her mates were online
3. Chat goad her to enter
4. She immediately notice that OBS shitted and died, try to fix it to no avail then proceed to kill the stream and reboot her pc

Second stream

1. Enter the MC server but it has changed so much that she immediately get lost, because her mates are not inside yet she decide to try to find the place, failing in the process
2. Chat goad her to say hi, she does it then wander again
3. Begin to laugh with the distinct greetings all the other holos has like Konpeko (Pekora), Konbotan (Botan), Konwata (Watame), Konazki (AZKI), Konsome (Sora), etc
4. After a while she gave up on trying to find the place and asked for help
5. Super Omega Gachatto Nene MAX Mode appears to the rescue and guide her to the center of the festival where several Holos were already connecting
6. The server is lagging so much with the load of so many people that Gura cant even eat to regain health or stamina
7. She finally arrive to the place of the festival where other holos like Moona and Ollie were waiting
8. Calli and Coco appears out of nowhere, the first thing Gura ask after parting with Nene is asking if Watson has arrived yet

33. They find the ice race attraction, Towa, Fubuki, Coco, Moona and Ollie also join, Calli and Ollie decide to team up and call their team Death Team
34. All of them race but Gura got stuck, this one decide to sing Deja vu while getting stuck again on a wall the get unstuck but in the waterfall that goes to the uppest part of the race she went flying and die
35. Kiara invite Gura again to race, in the way she find Suisei and is very happy about it

101. Amelia find a place where JP has axolots, Gura mention that they are called Oopa loopas in JP
102. Watson is just searching for a place to do a flip, in front of the Axolot building there is a Lava pool but they dont want to break the glass to enter, Gura ask in a very roundabout way if she want to go together for a place to die
103. They find Nene and Watson ask her to slain her, she refuse at first, Gura then appears and use a stick to kill her while Nene and Polka are just there watching the shark bonking her to dead
104. Watson then disconnect and tell Gura to enjoy her stay in the server, Ina and Calli already disconnected and Kiara is with Usaken taking the conmemorative picture so the shark is now alone

She then proceed to wrap it up, is actually impressed by all the work that was poured on the summer festival and want to come back to see it more closely, she then get distracted and admit that she doesnt want to go and want to look at everything, chat said that she doesnt have to but she decide to end the stream anyway

it could also set a precedent in general, always felt the whole DFE+memory hole is a carry over from idol culture and most graduations not being amicable (on top possible legal headaches like ownership of the performance (not character) and monetization etc). there isn't really a reason she couldn't return for special occasions and anything else can be sorted out by contract, it would even give cover the excuse that it's just an external contractor and not hololive anymore when coco goes all out on stream. if cover's smart they see (and act on) all the advantages it would give them.
