I don't want to retread too much ground, but what you have described here is something that could have feasibly taken place between Byuu and his BFF, and that would entirely explain Byuu's seemingly random hysteric outbursts after months of silence. Someone with a vested interest and dislike for his immediate friend group, a hatred for Byuu, and a long term relationship with him to facilitate stalking- exactly one person was on the phone with him, and listened to him die, apparently without even trying to save him.
Surely someone has to wonder why? I thought Twitter was all about help lines and survivors?
If the cops arrived in <20 minutes of these alleged events that allegedly took place, survival would have been extremely likely, even with the ODs.
