Three years ago to this day, June 26th 2018, I underwent a life-changing operation. This gender affirming surgery was something I had dreamt of ever since I could express myself— I remember in early childhood asking my mom when the good fairy would wave her magic wand and transform my penis into a vagina. It’s so incredible to see how far I have come since then. Thanks for following my story and supporting me along my journey💜💜💜

I wonder if one of the factors (known to him or not) making Jazz gain weight is the fact that fat = no more surgery

No more painful revisions with the accompanying crotch healing period

No more boob job or other plastic surgery if that's something Jeanette was pushing.

Being fat means he can't go back under the knife

Like how sexual assault victims sometimes put on a lot of weight to make themselves unappealing to their would be attacker

I don't disagree with your premise, but I also believe that being used as "one giant product" is what's currently keeping him alive and somewhat active. He has nothing else. Literally. Being a product is his life. He doesn't have an identity apart from being a pediatric transitioner. He doesn't have any friends outside of the gender bubble (and it seems like the few he had have also drifted away). Take that away and he has nothing.
I get what you're saying, but I disagree. I think this is the reason he doesn't have friends or anyone to talk to. No one wants to be a part of this charade. If it was a fun reality show, like Jersey Shore (think what you want, you get what I mean), people would be clamoring to be his friend just to be on TV. No one wants to be associated with this family once they see them all. End the show. Give him a semblance of normalcy and maybe he can learn to control his emotions, be an adult, and relate to other people. Handing the brat a few million to be filmed again isn't doing anything for his well-being.

I wonder how the show has managed to last as long as it has. Other than people like us who just want to gawk at the obvious trainwreck, I can't imagine normies finding it educational or entertaining. It's neither, unless you enjoy watching Jazz throw tantrums. It barely educates on real trans issues because it makes up most of its scenarios and features a trans person with a huge support network and media adoration. Jazz's selfish family and friends are either too cucked and bland (Greg) or too unpleasant and sociopathic (Jeanette, Noelle) for the modern person to find compelling or relatable.

I don't know who is watching this shit besides us. Who is it for? It's clearly not for trans people given how unhappy Jazz clearly is, not for normies due to its narc sideshow nature, not for intellectuals due to its bland exploitation, etc.

I'm glad Jazz filmed another season. It's a chance to be exposed to and talking with people who aren't his family, even if they're into the same bullcrap ideology. I guess I'm just glad he's not alone. He doesn't deserve to be alone after everything that's happened.
How can you look at Jazz' constant grimace and I wanna die in his eyes and think he should be on tv for more exploitation?

Just No.

God. So you think it even is that much?
I have no idea, but if they've got the whole family involved and we're on, what, season 8? It has to be a decent amount.

Edit: Google says she gets around 10k an episode, but It doesn't mention the rest of the family. So I definitely overestimated, but we don't know what the leeches ( i.e. Sander: "I'm moving out soon!") make.

As opposed to being locked in a house where he only looks forward to escaping to binge? He hates movement because it hurts. He needs to earn a living and has no other skills and his parents won't buckle down to help him find a career where he doesn't need to move around a lot. His life is going to be pretty bad until the fake vagina is allowed to close up.

I got to go to a speaking event for a detransioned MTF. It was men only, and he was very open about the physical pain. He had his "neo-vagina" for over a decade and it was extremely painful, prone to infection, and made his life a living hell. Letting his physical wound heal was the cornerstone for his emotional and spiritual healing. Until Jazz is ready to take that step, I don't think much else matters. When you're in that much pain every day, life is a haze of misery. Whether he's filming a show or walking to classes or locked in his room eating burgers, there is no real relief for him. At least give him his own means to make his own life later, even if he can't right now.

I don't know. You might be being a bit 🌈 based on what we know about TLC's pay rates:

Everyone is fascinated by freak shows, even normies. No sane person (expect @Null) watched Honey Boo Boo because it presented such a well structured close knit family. They watched it because it was a train wreck and it’s more common that people watch it for that reason than you may think.

Human beings are fascinated by trash and always will be. It’s kind of like thinking no one would ever seek out videos of people dying on camera like the Mexican Chainsaw video or Funkytown gore. They’re horrible videos and we say out loud that there must be something wrong with people who look for them online. But we’ve all done it. Not so much because we’re all serial killers in the making, but because the morbid curiosity is so strong.

It may be some deep seated survival instinct to want to watch horrible things so that we are better able at avoiding the same horrors happening to us. It’s stupid as shit, but to this day I never drive behind a truck with poles or trees or bricks attached in the back because of that stupid scene in Final Destination 2 of the cop getting decapitated by a tree.

"He doesn't deserve to be alone"? Is being alone such a bad thing??? It might give him a chance to think and reach some conclusions about himself and his life. That's probably why "the fam" doesn't leave him alone for a second, just like in Brave New World. No solitude=no reflection, no revelations.

I also don't agree that there's some deep-seated ulterior motive for him gaining weight; it's not deliberate. He eats because it feels good and gains weight primarily because of the hormones and antidepressants (which obviously aren't working).

I would not be surprised if anyone who did want to be his friend wasn't vetted beforehand to make sure they were an enthusiastic 'ally.'

Otherwise it might burst the Truman Show-esc bubble, and we can't have that now, can we?
