Those things scared the shit out of me when I was little. Saw the commercials on telly a few times, and I got convinced the Monster Munch monsters were going to come to my house and abduct me. Force me to go on adventures and eat Monster Munch with them all day.

If by "foreign" you mean "not American", then I'm very partial to Aero Bars and 99 Flakes. Belgian chocolate, too, but everybody knows how great that is,

I had a friend of partially Venezuelan descent who would share with me his stash of this delicious chocolate milk drink mix native to the country and previously unavailable elsewhere. It's called Toddy but it's not related to the commonly known Hot Toddy alcoholic drink. I think Amazon sells it now for an inflated price.

I also enjoy pocky and seaweed snacks but those are pretty basic bitch.
