In nicer words -- I was still in the bubble at the time, after all. That got me on their shitlist and they hounded the fuck out of me -- they hated me more than the actual alt-righters that were posting on the site every so often, or the pet conservative they let stay around because he was so milquetoast and ineffectual.

They eventually banned me for some unspoken reason -- probably that I just refused to accept the love of clown world into my heart -- which was enough of a shock to my system that it sent me out of the bubble. They followed me around on Twitter for YEARS afterwards, every so often I'd get a flood of faggots swarming some mildly right of center take and I'd go hit up that site and find they had linked to a tweet I made in their latest thread.

I mentioned it in the previous thread, but if Byuu did try and an hero himself and survived, welp, there's nothing quite as red pilled as someone who made it out of the bubble alive.

Oh my goodness... yeah, I've had something similar happen. It's amazing how unsupportive those spaces can really be to any sort of outside thought. I didn't know who Near was before today, but everything that I've heard suggests that they really weren't in a good place, and, if it's anything like what I remember, weren't finding any sort of meaningful help and support. This is all truly awful.
