Does Japan report suicides in their newspapers?
Its not standard practice where I live, and I doubt an obituary would be made in Japan for his death. His body would likely be sent back home and that's where any funeral arrangements would be settled seeing as he has no family in Japan.

No. Japan has a really negative view of suicide, and a really negative view of gaijin. Unless someone with direct involvement in the matter releases any info, there 100% won't be any kind of public announcement.

If these scumbags get their perfect world where online "harassment," meaning disagreeing with a hypersensitive lunatic, gets you the chair, they should not be surprised when they end up fried in that very chair themselves.
