Chibi telling someone to learn to read the room is a shining example of why he's a bad person. He's clearly been told that exact thing and it hurts him. So naturally he needs to say it to other people to feel better about himself (despite it not really applying to the conversation he's in).

I dont know what an engagement analytic is, but it sounds extremely fucking gay to try and use it as a gauge for how popular you are. Your lucky if you get more than 6 replies to a tweet, and even then at least 2 of them are just trolls, and the rest are generic twitter white knights. He literally doesnt have a single friend. I couldnt even imagine being this detached from reality
It's basically just a stat on Twitter that shows you your accounts overall numbers in a certain like how many people have seen your tweets, how many have interacted with it, etc. It's really, really fucking barebones but also not shocking that Chibi actually looks at these figures.
