I searched "@byuu_san moving" on Twitter and it seems around 2018 people were talking to him about moving to Japan, so it's not entirely off the table if he didn't leave the country within the last year (or happened to come back during the short period of time they were open earlier this year, with a lot of restrictions and limited visas)
