There's only 20 buildings in Arakawa that are 14+ floors tall, not all of them are residential and not all of them have balconies. Would it be worthwhile to try and process of eliminate which building his alleged flat is in? Bearing in mind we've no guarantee he's actually in one of them.

Nope, the tweets in that scrot I quoted seem to be dated to GMT-3 or something. That's why it's confusing. In Japan time, the events are the following;

• 27th, 11:45: Call begins
• 27th, 12:27: "Fuck"
• 27th, 13:09: End of 85 minute call
• 27th, 22:33: Document creation timestamp
• 28th, 00:47: Google doc posted to Twitter

Hope that clears it up.

a long shot, but could it be possible that byuu flew from/to japan at all in the last week? its a 13~ flight according google, i know its a VERY VERY big COULD, but eh?

I'm not sure how else we can find Byuu. We know who he is, what he looks like and where he used to live.
If he actually is in Japan, then he won't show up on voting registries. It seems there's a couple of people called Ginder who are famous so "ギンダー" seems to be how Ginder is written in Japanese and so I'd assume he'd be "デビッドギンダー", and he allegedly lives in on the 14th floor of an apartment building with a balcony in the Arakawa ward of Tokyo, working for a Japanese company where he reverse engineers hardware. But I don't know if he'd be listed in the Tokyo version of the Yellow Pages, if at all - I believe it's more common for Japanese companies to pay for rent and utilities of foreign workers as part of their salary, so there's not necessarily going to be anything linking him to any specific address.

It would be great if he was this Davido-kun.
