House was transferred to the new owners in 2018 from Tresner and Ginder

Voter info of Tresner is for the 68 N Old State Rd address

The home is owned by a LLC and was bought in 2019 for $0 (kinda odd). Does anyone know how to look them up and find the owners of LLCs?

It's been three days now. Where's Hector with the death certificate? Where's the evidence this guy died? Where's the japanese media stories talking about the extremely rare case of a gaijin killing himself in their country? Anything? Any relatives come forward with proof? Shouldn't be that fuckin' tough, day 1 guy dies, day 2 police call family and send photos to confirm. Even if we assume a 12 hour gap due to time zone and shift differences so they call while the family is awake we're at day 3 and the only proof we have is a story of a guy overdosing on illegal Codeine he couldn't get after trying to offer a bribe to delete evidence of being a troonsperg.

Maybe it's different because we're talking about Japan and wherever Null lives but here in Burgertopia you can't just give someone $120,000. It's outright illegal to avoid money laundering and bribes. Hence why Kickstarter has a fund limit of $10,000 per project and the legal limit for political donations is the same amount. So what Null has is proof that Byuu/Near tried to engage in illegal money laundering. To the copers, seethers, and dilaters visiting, what the fuck do you have as legal evidence that anyone on this site has done anything at all against the laws of any country involved?
They don't want to admit it, but they have literally nothing. They just don't like us and wanted to jump at the opportunity. Why don't they like us? Because they were told not to like us and can't take a joke.

Glad to see the site is back, but could I bother someone to post a QRD on developments since this morning?

I had followed the David Ginder lead someone posted this morning and was going to post photos from his husband's account and compare them to Byuu, but by now I'm sure everyone and their sister has made those same comparisons themselves. It's definitely him, but the husband, Patrick Tresner, still lives in Ohio. What I was trying desperately to ask this morning when the DoS attacks were raining like hailstones is: Do we have any evidence at all Byuu ever ACTUALLY lived in Japan to begin?
Now this is a very good question.
Given that Japan is a very internet monitoring country and that by law even save editors are illegal (https://www.siliconera.com/japan-makes-game-save-editors-console-modding-illegal/), what are the chances that Near was allowed to live there freely while working on an emulator for the Nintendo platform and not get into any sort of legal trouble?

I'm calling out these fucks for utterly useless journalism, and are guilty of publishing pre-prepared statements as part of a smear campaign against KF declaring they caused the suicide of a person - but refuse to name the person.

It has got to be the first time in history that they have declared the death of a username, and not even a real person, and not a single one of these clowns researched to find out if an ACTUAL person was dead and took second hand reports as fact and didn't even ask for a real name when publishing their work on Byuu Near (possibly David Ginder) . Remember, they didn't even ask for proof or a real name and ran with this shit:

Kat Bailey - IGN.com
Patrick Klepek - Vice.com
Kotaku staff - kotaku.com
Marketresearchtelecast.com
Jody Macgreggor - Pcgamer.com
pcgamen.com

If they know the person than speak up and prove there is a death. Utterly worthless journalism - and from Vice I'd expect they'd pick up a fucking phone and check some details out.

i hope there's a Christmas Carol-esque afterlife so that Sagal can witness how Near's flimsy suicide bait got 5000% more traction and impact than his own, with the only difference being that Sagal had to die an agonizing death to achieve an iota of what Near has achieved, all the while Near is still alive, fondling his nuts somewhere as these diaper wearing troons stroke his post-humous cock on Twitter which he's most definitely still monitoring like the Scrooge he is.

Serious question you guys.
How will you react if Byuu actually did end up killing himself?
In all seriousness, it would be definitely a big loss for the retro gaming community. He is definitely a nutjob, but at least a very skilled one. In any case, we've all seen there are MUCH, MUCH worse trannies, and he at least has some real progamming talent, and helped with other SNES emulators. And it is also more than likely he got unlucky with the type of people to surround himself with, and then they filled his head with the furry troon bullshit, and coerced him into getting dodgy hormones mixed with God knows what. And I wouldn't be surprised if the therapists he went to were also troon charlatans. I'd trade some other random Twitter tranny for Byuu any time of the day. Honestly, if he's alive, my suggestion for him would be to do something about preserving bootleg Dendy games, because he does seem to be the right man for the task. And this is the part where I put a sperg alert.

I'm talking about games such as Super Game Aladdin, Hummer Team Aladdin, Aladdin II, Somari, as well as legit games that were pirated and mapper hacked, like the various versions of SMB3 that either just had the "3" in the title screen, or not even that. And the absolute unit that is the Mapper 106 version of SMB3, made by some crazy chinks who thought it would be great not to use an ASIC mapper, be it some MMC3 clone or a custom one. Instead, that monster uses a bunch of discrete logic chips, making the PCB really big. And I cannot seem to find any dump of it, even on Russian sites. The fact that it gets buried by the official cartridge dumps in the search results doesn't help at all. Finding these bootleg ROMs can be surprisingly tedious, especially some specific revisions or mapper versions. The thing is, these bootleg games were very much what really kickstarted gaming in Russia and other post Soviet countries, and were sold as "officially licensed" games with their "official" Steepler branded cartridges. Fun fact: Joe&Mac is actually a bootleg of Mario 16, as said by Sergei Suponev on Novaya Realnost. God knows what other bootleg cartridges, be it original games, legit ones but pirated, or the ROM hacked ones, and all of their variants are there hidden away somewhere in Chinkland (both of them) or Russia. Though, I saw that infamous title hack of SMB3 on YouTube being played on some of those knockoff consoles, so perhaps that's one place to look into.

If he ends up resurrecting eventually, with whatever name or gender, he now has another challenge to keep himself busy with.
Oh, who am I kidding, his weeb ass probably doesn't give a fuck about Russia, and probably wants Sahalinsk to be given back to Japan and be renamed Toyohara. Oh well, perhaps if he won't be up to the task, then maybe those troons that were seething, coping and dilating, while paying pajeets to DDoS the farms, could make themselves useful to the community and take that task upon themselves.
Now, back to Byuu, if he ends up being alive and well, he will definitely have a lot of shit to explain, and he'll definitely deserve a proper scolding and getting his ass whoopped for faking a suicide, as it's a really shitty thing to do. His troon and furry "friends" also deserve such a treatment.

Pretty sure the "$0 transfer" is how you take something you bought as a person and change ownership to an LLC.

I think this is the one:

Now this is a very good question.
Given that Japan is a very internet monitoring country and that by law even save editors are illegal (https://www.siliconera.com/japan-makes-game-save-editors-console-modding-illegal/), what are the chances that Near was allowed to live there freely while working on an emulator for the Nintendo platform and not get into any sort of legal trouble?
In an alternate universe, Nintendo finds out about Higan and files a DMCA against it, causing Byuu to go into an autistic hissy fit and pull his suicide stunt AND get his lowly troon minions to sperg out on them, making them do a terroristic cyberattack against the company's official sites.

He seems to know how to not stick out like a sore thumb online, so I sincerely doubt the nip authorities noticed

The LLC likely indicates it's a rental property for a landlord with multiple rentals. Limits his business liabilities, makes claiming expenses easier and probably has a tax benefit.
