Lost in all this, someone mentioned in the Randy Stair thread that Null has deleted threads before, at least two. If this guy had taken the approach of being polite with his request and used "please", "thank you" and acknowledged past idiocy all this drama could have been avoided. I may be a new user, but it seems to me if the thread really was that inactive and nobody would notice he might have been able to get Null to at least think about it.

So much drama could be avoided if more people would take the approach of being calm and reasonable instead of "DO THIS RIGHT NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW!!!!!! OR ELSE!!!!!"

This is entirely true, but the issue is that when you're in the grasp of emotional stress, being able to deconstruct behaviour like this is very difficult. It's a skill, for sure, and given our friend's obvious neurodivergence, it seems pretty plain to see that such skills were sadly lacking.
