I've said from the beginning she was looking for a fast track to WLS. She's so manipulative that she'd try anything. Her focus is still weightloss, even with her confession she was saying that now her addiction is drugs rather than food she'll get the therapeutic assistance she needs. Unfortunately for her, Chantal doesn't listen to people who know more than she does about the process of WLS approval. No-one in the medical profession will be rushing to escort her through that door as she is expecting. There were other compelling reasons for denying her before, but the addiction door is the easiest and fastest to slam in her face. An ED would hold up approval until treated, delaying her approval in an already very long waiting list. She's also admitted today that she'd received notice from the thrombosis unit that she was going to be released as a patient for non-compliance with her INR testing. She'd have non-compliance release from her previous dealings with the bariatric outpatient clinic as well that would likely work against her. If the wound clinic is attached to OHIP, then she's likely got a non-compliance record from them as well. Throw a drug addiction on top of any of these issues and the bariatric clinic has an open misere to not even make an initial appointment for her...IIRC, she's already blown off her first session because I'm pretty sure I remember her saying a couple of weeks ago that it was the next week. These publically funded bariatric clinics have so many on their waitlist they'll find any reason to bump people from the program so they only deal with the most committed patients. Her only real option for further weightloss now she's shot herself in both feet with the bariatric clinic, is to continue on whatever cocktail of drugs she has herself on already. She hasn't stopped taking them, and she isn't going to stop. The first time she steps on the scale and sees a gain, any half hearted attempt she might make to sober up will be gone with the wind.

What was she prescribed Vyvanse for? I was reading elsewhere on the internet today and found out it can be prescribed for binge eating. Remember chinny said she quit taking it because it interfered with her appetite and she didnt enjoy eating as much.

It was prescribed for the binge eating. This was part of her eating disorder treatment she ate the block of cheese to speed up the wait time for treatment only for her to disregard every specialists instructions. This included no eating on camera, bedroom, car or alone. Also included a workbook of normal portions of glycemic balanced food so not low carb but she went full into what she thought was keto and gained weight. Then she went on a three month Mukbang binge before her surgery. She stopped because she was going through them too fast and when the coupons ran out she couldn’t afford the $300 a month. So seems Chantal has a history of being cut off from her suppliers, so to speak.

I've asked a couple times, and I am yet to see any confirmation Bibi actually continues to engage with her in any meaningful way. I think there were a couple one-word text replies, but aside from that everything else comes from Chantal's delusional mind; the same mind that genuinely believed it was his 'sister' who moved in with them.

You are picking a sample size of 2 years but the sex addition (or attention addiction, which I can fully understand) started recently.
As Josh mentioned several times, it might be related to Diabettus medication, because that's when she got on Tinder and started seeing random guys (which led into the coke).

She started seeing a guy that had nothing in his home other than a mattress on the ground and cocaine.

Sex manifests differently for different people - Not all women are into vibrators, especially when they are 400 pounds.

True, but it's human (and animal) nature to want kids at a certain point, especially females. Of course people are different, it doesnt apply to everyone, but that's a common thing.

With the downtime and the thread being featured anything I will say will be old news, nonetheless I am going to state my two cents.

Upthread somebody mentions how a gram of coke can last several days, clearly they have never done coke. If it's there, it will be gone that day/night and most likely repurchased more that same day/night. There is nothing quite like that post last line comedown and rarely users will not try and score more. Unless you have perhaps 100% Columbian pure coke, perhaps a gram can last several days. In addition, you build up a tolerance to it easy. To get shitfaced or get the same sort of high, you will need to use more the following day.

In terms of her use being only coke, I agree with many that it probably is not. I think she does use it and I do not know what a meth high looks like, but the clips where she is rolling her eyes back and slurring her words are not reminiscent of coke use. Unless she had been up for days without sleep, but that seemed more like downers to me. I would say probably not heroin, but then she did admit to doing meth, so heroin is not that much of a reach. I am guessing more likely Valium's and booze perhaps - but who knows at this stage.

For somebody with an addictive personality and sole purpose in life is to chase an endorphin high, touching hard drugs is probably the worst decision she has ever made. There is no way she can be a casual user of coke because it just feels so good. I know that many people can be casual users, but it also ruins many people's lives and finances. If she is indeed touching meth too, she will probably be homeless and whoring herself out for a hit in the next year or so.

I agree with many that this will be like the binge eating cycle. It will be interesting to see how YouTube will respond if she does indeed backtrack and starts excusing her hard drug use

Yes and no - the modern drugs tend to be "amphetamine-like" drugs that have been cleaned up some to make them more user friendly and less harmful. Dex is still used, but even dex is a pain in the ass to dose properly.
