There is absolutely moral culpability for the acts she directly partook in. She is an absolutely terrible person for all of the things she did to him.

However, he decided to kill himself. That was his decision. Is she to blame for making his life miserable? Yes, she absolutely fucked with a nigga. But being brigaded by internet speds does not actually kill you. Losing your job does not kill you. You have to make the choice to die. He is absolutely responsible for making that decision. That is all him.
