If these channels actually got affected by Ian significantly and permanently, then maybe you may be right, except that it's not the case.

I'll summarize for you: For 11 of his Content Cops, only 7 involve him talking about a specific individual, how many did he kill? ("Kill" meaning the target channel suffered a significant and permanent setback as a result of Content Cop):

1. Jinx: Killed but not by Content Cop as his decline began few weeks after the video, and most likely due to pressure from bigger YouTubers.
2. TheFineBros: Not killed, the Content Cop came out after the majority of the backlash and they quickly recovered to normal growh rates.
3. Keemstar: Not killed, even though the Content Cop did spark his decline but he eventually recovered and returned to normal growth.
4. Tana Mongeau: Not killed, it did directly led to her swift decline but her growth eventually recovered.
5. RiceGum: Not killed even though it's the most viewed Content Cop at the time of the video, but has the least effect of any post-Keemstar episode.
6. HowToPrankItUp: Likely killed by Content Cop and strongest case, however it is arguable that the channel's later decline is due to the overall decline of the prank genre of YouTube.
7. LeafyIsHere: Although arguable, the true killer was way before the Content Cop which significantly caused his decline and that was YouTube themselves.
