It looks like that there's two David Ginders associated with Jacksonville, actually. Our guy seems to have lived in both Jacksonville and Atlantic Beach FL.

Timeline appears to be Cypress Landing Drive, Atlantic Beach FL up till 2001 -> Kernan Boulvard, Jacksonville FL up till 2004 -> back to Cypress Landing Drive, Atlantic Beach FL until 2008 -> Hilliard OH up till 2017/2018 and then no further records. Could maybe suggest he moved out from his parent's house in 2001 when he was 18 (I believe he was given some ultimatum about getting a job and moving out when he finished school?) and then moved back. Atlantic Beach is 20 miles away from Jacksonville, and in Atlantic Beach is St. Paul's Catholic school. There also's references to Dublin, OH (which is in Delaware County) but I can't see what those references are - it's possible he's renting property there?

Therein lies the issue, they CANT come back, not after this. After like a day or two? They could've just been like "Oh this Marcan loser is making stuff up I just took a break from Twitter for the weekend" and all would have been forgiven.

Searching "David Ginder" "Dublin" "Ohio" yielded a list of court cases with the Public Utilities Comission of the State of Ohio. I can't get it to load properly (it's probably region locked to Burgers, I'm outside the US) but there appears to have been an application made by David Ginder as an Eligible Ohio Renewable Energy Resource Generating Facility, granted in August 2019.

I think this is when you install solar panels on your roof and sell the electricity back to the grid. There's other private individuals listed on the application page from this time. (Someone in Ohio can tell me if this is off base, it could always be another David Ginder). But if it is our guy then he has Certificate #19-SPV-PA-GATS-0029 in his name.
