This timeline is such a fucking mess because of that google doc that it was really hard to put this together.

EDIT: I got the most important timestamps wrong! Oops. Originally I had placed the "anonymous friend" in UTC-05 because I was one hour off, but putting the time in accurately actually makes the timeline make less sense.
If the anon caller had gotten the phone call at 11:45 (on Saturday, not Sunday, as the document claims, by the way), then they would have to be in far-Eastern Canada or South America. This seems extremely unlikely, as Byuu has never to my knowledge had any public interaction with anyone who speaks primarily Portuguese or French, and as far as I know, the only Spanish-speaking friend he has is Hector. If it was specifically 11:45 on Sunday, and not Saturday night, and the document isn't made up wholesale, the most likely writer of this doc is probably D (the Chinese romhacker who now appears to be a normal family man with children and a gem cutting business and to my knowledge has had no public association with Byuu in years).

I don't know if this is relevant, but I realised that Japan does not use daylight savings time. Does that change the timeline at all?

I can't get it to load properly (it's probably region locked to Burgers, I'm outside the US) but there appears to have been an application made by David Ginder as an Eligible Ohio Renewable Energy Resource Generating Facility, granted in August 2019.

I think this is when you install solar panels on your roof and sell the electricity back to the grid. There's other private individuals listed on the application page from this time. (Someone in Ohio can tell me if this is off base, it could always be another David Ginder). But if it is our guy then he has Certificate #19-SPV-PA-GATS-0029 in his name.
If you're able to access the live version, there may be a way of accessing the documents.

There's an address on the full version of the page that links back to an egg farmer in Mount Joy by the same name. Pictures of the address show what looks to be a farm. Unless it's a relative, probably not related to our guy.
