These photos from Patrick's wedding album (2009?) are probably a good jumping off point. There isn't a "Darien Town Hall" in Ohio that I could find, but the one in Darien, Connecticut seems to be a match. I'll try to do some digging but figured it would be worth at least mentioning here.

I checked the pills when Null first posted the image and they all align with what byuu said they were in the email to Null. The orange ones were a bit tough but I agree they are most likely Lithium. None of them are painkillers, byuu mentioned drinking/taking codeine but it would have been dihydrocodeine in an OTC cough syrup as codeine is outlawed.
