Well, the second image states they are a non-profit - with the same name and address as their LLC. IMO the better questions are "how are they going to fund this 501(c)(3)?", "are they taking gibs under the 501(c)(3) and funneling them into the LLC to keep it afloat?" and "did they pay their taxes after all those donations they took as an LLC?".
The way I understand it the usual scheme is taking donations as a charitable organization and pay yourself shameless amounts of money - á la the Clinton Foundation - or make your obscene wealth virtually untouchable - like the Rockefeller Foundation, George Soros' OSF, or Warren Buffett's shady web of foundations. In short, the complete opposite of Tran Ranch, which is prepping their failing business with donation money. Can't wait to see their first report.
