How bad is Cover management that Coco's graduation is making other people want to leave as well?

The current situation should by any account be dream jobs for every girl in Hololive. There is no productive thing management could reasonably be doing to cause their talents this much stress and anxiety.

This tends to happen a lot in workplaces in general. A long-standing, influential, or important member quits, the team feels weaker, and some people feel like it’s all collapsing. Sometimes they’re right but it usually corrects itself with time.

And for all that can be said about Cover’s fuck ups, I don’t think it’s fair to pin members’ stress and anxiety on them especially when Coco said she was going through some depressive episodes after comparing herself with others. When you’re at the top of your industry, like Coco and Holo in general, and you see arguably more talented people doing less numbers, imposter syndrome will inevitably kick in. Pair that with JP working culture and their allergy to breaks and it’s no wonder they’re starting to feel like shit.

I'd like to think Holo will learn, but only time will tell. My analogy I've been using is Suzie's crazy ex boyfriend is stalking her, so everyone is told to not leave the office with Suzie, because he may attack them in the parking lot too. Don't worry though, Suzie can hire bodyguards if she wants.

Hopefully this whole episode makes those middle managers think twice about how much control they should exert over talents vs. letting them have more creative freedom.
