This is quite funny to me considering the fact that Islam is not a fucking thing in Star Wars, and she got the idea to make her a hijabi and have her hijab be the buns based off of a cosplay she saw because she thought it looked cool. Sure but yaoi ain't just because insecurity. Now days most have abandoned uke/seme dynamic and boy love is still popular. These characters tend to be on feminine side but more a shiny dream man no icky gross stuff way. Many girls just prefer guy on guy because if it's unattainable fiction anyway so why not have both sides something to lust after. It's easier to care and get hot bothered over a badly written romance between two hotties than a hottie and a vag when you are not into vag. Plus if you are unsure what type of man is your type you get two different flavors.

I found all of these while attempting to go through the Star Wars tag. It's all by the same person, who seemingly cannot draw a racial minority without making them look like a caricature of black people, even if they're not supposed to be black. She's also completely obsessed with bitching about Star Wars in every single capacity and racebends all of the characters because whites are icky and evil. Top pic has a lot of Shadow the Hedgehog with Amami's head bleeding. And because he's drawn as a tranny here (I assume), he now has this weird feminine torso complete with breasts.
Second pic is the most hideous out of the three, with two troglodyte characters (they really love lowering the Overton Window, do they?).
The Tumblrised version of the character in the third pic isn't as bad as the first two. But still has some uncanniness to it.

Well, there's actually one franchise I never saw in that context. Wild Cards, a cycle of semi-related novels by many authors, edited by J. Martin. Considering the premise, it would be almost ideal for the types that got posted in the thread. Kinda surprised I wasn't able to find anything. Then again, I have only so much patience for turning pages after pages of persona-related shit tumblr got me when I've tried to search that.
