Oh no! Louis deleted his Twitter account! What's the reason this time?

He's back up, and "concern trolled by kiwifarms." Bitch where, we haven't even posted the tweet you're complaining about.

Wonder how we would send Lou any sort of email at all if he allegedly changed his email.

Yeah. This is 100%, incontrovertible proof that even if anyone is sending him abusive/troll emails, it isn't someone from KF. Neither that tweet nor Lou's new email address have *ever* appeared on this thread. In fact I don't think the new email has appeared here even now, nobody here knows what it is, I don't think anyone here even knew Lou had a new email until he mentioned it.

So either:

- Lou is sending these emails to himself/making it up entirely.
- They are coming from somewhere else, probably one of the many, many enemies he has made over the years, especially in the furry community.

Additional comedy possibility:

- One of Undertale Larper's headmates really hates Lou, and is sending him abusive emails whilst UL himself denies everything.

No one on Kiwi Farms would waste their time trolling Louie, even if it was something as simple and quick as shooting him the occasional email or signing him up to receive junk email. He just isn't worth the time and effort, especially since Kiwis who get caught fondling the fecal matter tend to get just as much ridicule as the lolcows around here. It's either Louie himself or someone outside the Farms sending them. Likely Louie himself to play victim. However, the thought that LARPertale or Cuckalope have finally gotten sick of Louie's bullshit and have started trolling him makes me giggle a bit.

Trolling Louis when he regularly trolls himself through getting ousted by every single community he tries to infest is a redundancy best represented by this image:

I'm not super informed about diabetic culture but a few of my friends have type 2 and have never had insulin shots. My aunt, who was type one required them a few times daily. All the type 2's that I know just take metformin and live regular lives with some amount of neuropathy in their extremities. They also have full time jobs. What's your excuse Lou?

Given Lou's weight and his dietary choices, Lou's chances of being able to correct himself and edge back into non diabetic levels isn't probable nor possible. Lou's pancreas most likely doesn't function as well as it should and the sustained amount of weight and food he's eating and the soda he drinks it's unlikely it would even function properly again. He most likely does require insulin shots, shots are usually a long term way to control diabetes in people. Typically it's used in type 2 diabetics since they might only need one or two shots a day to maintain their blood sugar levels. Lou is going to end up requiring a pump soon to constantly maintain his levels. A pump is more common with type 1 diabetics where the pancreas doesn't function at all really and they require the pump to distribute insulin constantly and consistently.

Lou trying to say that diabetics are disabled is honestly offensive. Diabetic people can do everyday things quite easily and work full time jobs just like a normal functioning person. Neuropathy is something that does happen in diabetics but people can slow down the effects of it with proper care. The only more serious issues to come up would be like glaucoma which could take the person's vision if left untreated but most diabetics will try to have regular annual doctor appointments.

Lou's excuse for why it should be considered a disability is because he's massively obese and ended up with an infected foot ulcer causing him to need bone removal surgery. However, the diabetes didn't really cause those things to happen. Lou's disabled because he's extremely retarded and doesn't take proper care of himself.

This is not true at all, most type 2 diabetics never need insulin as type 2 diabetics, unlike type 1, still can produce their own insulin . Type 1 diabetics can not produce insulin, so must regularly inject the correct amount of insulin (calculated in response to calorific intake and blood sugar levels) to stay alive. Basically in type 2, you still produce insulin, but its either shit and doesn't work properly or it doesn't make enough of it.

Diabetes/blood sugar levels for dummies: Insulin makes blood sugar go down. When your blood sugar becomes higher than the normal range, your body produces things called ketones. Ketones are basically acids. If your blood sugars stay high for a long period of time, you begin to get damage to your body. Something called diabetic ketoacidosis kicks in and can eventually damage your kidneys with all the ketones (which are waste products, like urea in urine is) being pumped through them to filter. It also can damage your nerves (hence eye damage and neuropathy) and heart.

Lou needs insulin because his type 2 went untreated for so long it became severe enough that metformin (oral medicine for type 2) alone would not regulate his sugar levels. He has neuropathy because of how long it went untreated- his sugars were likely very high for quite a while and given it was bad enough he didnt feel the shard of glass embedded in the crater in his foot, its not much of a surprise now he needs to manage his condition with insulin on top of other treatments.

This is inaccurate; Lou's burning out his pancreas, yes, but most of his problem right now is from insulin resistance, due to weight and inactivity and diet.

There are Type 2s who pump, and of course the medical device companies encourage it, but Lou is not going to qualify for an insulin pump. At bare minimum, an insulin pump requires that the person attached to it (or their caregiver) is cooperative with therapy, teachable, and able to count carbohydrates. An insulin pump is a very helpful tool, but it's not idiot-proof, and it can cause more problems in someone who can't follow instructions and troubleshoot.

(This is outside of my expertise, but the last time I checked, CMS was only covering insulin pumps for patients who test with low C-peptide levels--i.e. diabetics who no longer make insulin, whether they came to it from JD, LADA, surgically or metabolically. Someone with insulin resistance but endogenous insulin doesn't qualify.)

Lou's disabled because he's extremely retarded and doesn't take proper care of himself.
This part is 100% correct.

>gets the pump
>proceeds to sell it not even a full month later for another ipad
>doesn't elaborate
>fucking goes comatose if lucky
Interestingly enough, although it's prescription-only durable medical equipment, you can buy grey-market insulin pumps easily. They're blatantly on eBay or Amazon; expensive, but easy.

If Lou wanted to start grifting from diabetics, he could take the tack that his diabetes will only be controlled by a pump, and he knows this, but INSURANCE doesn't think so, please gib. There's a lot of precedent for this kind of fundraiser, but he'd also have to do research and stop talking about spaghetti. And I don't think he actually wants an insulin pump, even though they're shiny and electronic.

There are one-man shops [archive] that take dead Dexcom transmitters, crack them open and replace the batteries. The diabetic artisans do this for cash and shipping, but will also bargain for a spare dead transmitter to keep, so they can use the spare themselves: their insurance won't let them have a CGM. This is literally cyberpunk, way more than some dangerhair sticking a RFID chip in the webbing of their hand, because it's depressing as hell.

New smaller house? Eviction?

if he was evicted he’d be screaming about it and demanding people give him money and a place to stay and he’d be going hard on the “abusive family evicted me because I’m trans!!!!” grift. If I had to guess, his mom found a new house to move in to and this one is getting sold, so Denise is making him throw stuff out and clean his room so a realtor can inspect the house and actually agree to try to sell it.

For someone allegedly so poor they're on the brink of starvation daily, how much stuff could he possibly have? (rhetorical)

I believe they have found a new place and Denise has pretty much told him he's going to have to share his new room with Skylar (da nephew.) He is going to have to downsize, and boy is he going to hate that he is about to have to SHARE. Milk is about to flow so freely in this thread, it's just going to be so perfect. How will he play his video games with a young addition in the room? How will he jack off to his big titty cat porn? I have so many questions :story: come on Lou, this humble spoon requests answers!
